Do you have an affiliate program?

Yes, you can sign up here. 

Where are you located? 

Our warehouse is in Milwaukee, in Riverwest. We deliver within a 12 mile radius.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery costs $10 if you're within 6 miles, $15 if you're within 12 miles. 

Free shipping on orders of $100 or more.

How late can I place an order?

If you order before 4am we will delivery your order in one hour or less. Anything ordered after that will be delivered between at the start of the next shift, unless specified in the delivery instructions.

Can you deliver at a certain time?

Yes, as long as it's within our delivery hours. In the delivery instructions you can specify a one hour time frame you would like your order delivered.

What will appear on my credit card statement?

You will be billed by Catering Supply LLC.

Can I do cash on delivery?

Yes, but you need to send us an email or text (414-207-4490). 

Do you allow local pickup?

Not at this time.

How old do I need to be to order?

You need to be 21+ and show a valid ID upon delivery. 

Is it legal to order nitrous oxide?

Yes, when used for its intended culinary applications. However, the misuse of nitrous for recreational purposes is illegal. 

How can I recycle the tanks?

Ensure you release all of the gas from the tanks before recycling. You can recycle the tanks like you would any other type of metal once the gas is completely gone.

Alternatively, when you order from us again, you can give us the used tanks and we'll ensure they're recycled properly.

Do you accept refunds/returns?

Only if there is a defect with the product. See our return policy.
